The aqueous phase is extracted with ethyl acetate (2x), and the combined organic phase is dried (Na2S04) and concentrated. -The crude material is purified by SCX chromatography followed by silica gel chromatography eluting with 20% (10% 2M MeOH/CH2Cl2) /80% CH2Cl2 to 70% (10% 2M MeOH/CH2Cl2)/30% CH2C12 to yield 12 mg of the title compound.
