Heating the reaction system to 120 C for reaction. TLC detection after the reaction is ended, the system is cooled to room temperature. Hydrosolvent quenching reaction with saturated ammonium chloride, extracted with ethyl acetate (3*10 ml), column chromatography purification to obtain the product 3da (88%).
