Based on the exptl. data of fed-batch fermentation in 5 L fermentation reactor, the kinetic model of cell growth, enzyme production and substrate consumption were constructed. Three kinetic models were in good agreement with the exptl. results through proper anal. by software MATALAB. The kinetic models appeared to provide a reasonable description for each parameter in the fermentation
