Block B can be prepared according to scheme 2 in FIG. 2. Referring to FIG. 2, the synthesis of Block B can be performed as described below. The solution was stirred at rt for 4 hours. Aniline (2.5 g, 27.4 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at rt overnight. Water was added and the formed solid was collected by filtration. The crude product was purified by silica-gel column to afford 2.5 g of Block B (31 %) as yellow solid.
