Purification by flash chromatography yielded 4.45 g (91 %) of the title compound. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, d6-DMSO): delta = 7.64 (d, 1 H), 7.61 (s, 1 H), 7.48 (d, 1 H), 7.36 (d, 1 H), 3.24 (dd, 2H), 1.96 (m, 1 H), 0.85 (d, 6H) ppm. UPLC-MS: RT = 0.84 min; m/z 270.2 [MH+]; required MW = 269.2.
