At 0 C. a solution of 12 (2.59 g) and NEt3 (1.744 ml) in DMF (20 ml), was added to a solution of 6 (2.95 g) in DMF (5 ml) and stirred for 16 h at 25 C. Chromatography on silica (gradient cyclohexane/ethyl acetate) gave 13 (950 mg) as a yellow solid. UPLC/MS found for C17H25ClN4O4 as (M+1)+ 385.0, UPLC retention time 1.03 min.
