To a solution of 4-hydroxycyclohexanone (171 mg, 1.5 mmol) in dloxane was added Cs2CO3 (488 mg, 1.5 mmol) and 5,7-dichloropyrido[4,3-b]pyrazine (200 mg, 1.0mmo) at room temperature.
