After the organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate, concentration at 40 C under reduced pressure and purification of the residue by silica gel chromatography (ethyl acetate and ft-hexane) afforded the title compound (VIII, 30.9 mg, 8% yield and IX, 34.9 mg, 9% yield).
