Fractions containing the object product were collected, neutralized with a saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and extracted 2 times with ethyl acetate. The obtained organic layer was washed with saturated brine, dried over magnesium sulfate and concentrated to give a residue. The residue was washed with ethyl acetate/IPE and dried under reduced pressure to give the title compound (63 mg). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta 2.30 (3H, s), 3.93 (3H, s), 6.86 (2H, s), 7.10-7.23 (1H, m), 7.32 (1H, td, J=8.9, 6.0 Hz), 8.04 (1H, s), 8.06 (1H, d, J=2.5 Hz), 8.49 (1H, d, J=2.6 Hz), 10.46 (1H, s).
