A mixture of 5-bromo-3-morpholin-4-yl-pyrazin-2-ylamine (1.4 g, 4.1 mmol) and 2- bromo-5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1 ,3-dione (0.9 g, 6.1 mmol; intermediate I-09) in DME (4 mL) was heated at 120 C for 16 h.
