A mixture of 8-chloro-[l,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazine (620 mg, 4.0 mmol) and (S)-tert-butyl pyrrolidin-3-ylcarbamate (1.2 g, 6.5 mmol) in diethylisopropyl amine (3 mL) was heated to 120 C. for 2 h.
