9.35 g (167 mmol) of potassium hydroxide and 11 g (65 mmol) of 2,5-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid (3) were dissolved in water (200 ml). This product has a measurement result obtained by 1 H NMR measurement in the reference (Witichemistry described in J. Med.
